What to Expect

As your health and wellness coach, I create a warm and safe environment that allows you to begin your journey of self-discovery and self-awareness while holding space for you to bring forth your own vision of wellness. Then together we co-design a plan that generates forward movement to help you get from where you are in your wellness journey, to where you want to be. Through the coaching process we will uncover your resources that can support forward movement and help you stay accountable.


We will work together weekly or bi-weekly, whichever works best for you.  A coaching relationship typically lasts at least 6 months but depending on a person’s wellness goals could last up to 12 months or longer. 



How to Get Started

I offer a 30-minute complimentary consultation where you can ask more questions, discuss your health goals and expectations, and get a feel of how I work with my clients.  A successful coaching relationship requires that we both feel that we’re a good fit working together. 


Once we decide to move forward in a coaching relationship, we’ll schedule your first session. Coaching sessions are typically 50-minutes and are conducted via Zoom, a free online web-based platform that allows us to meet from wherever we are.  Phone consultations are available as well.


Between sessions, short emails and text support is available.
