A Gentle Way to Quiet the Mind and Create More Ease

Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on technique designed to help reduce stress, quiet mental chatter, and create more ease in your life.

 

During a session, 32 points on the head are lightly touched. These points relate to different areas of life such as thoughts, emotions, creativity, communication, and more. Many people experience deep relaxation, improved clarity, and a sense of mental “reset.”

 

What Is Access Bars®?

Access Bars® is a non-invasive process where you simply lie down, relax, and receive.

As the points on your head are gently held, your body and mind are given the space to release tension, thoughts, and patterns that may no longer be serving you. There’s nothing you need to do, no effort required, no pressure—just an opportunity to slow down and allow your system to reset.

 

Every experience is different, but many clients describe leaving a session feeling lighter, calmer, and more present.

What to Expect During a Session

You’ll lie comfortably on a massage table or reclining chair, fully clothed, in a quiet and relaxing environment. The session involves gentle touch on specific points on the head.

 

Most people enter a deeply relaxed state. Some people fall asleep and others remain aware but notice their thoughts slowing down.

After the session, you may feel:

  • deeply relaxed

  • mentally clear

  • refreshed or lighter

 

Some people notice changes right away, while for others the shifts are more gradual.
