“I decided to make some changes in my life to address some issues I was having with pain in my hips and knees, as well as arthritic pain in both of my thumbs. My Doctor told me I had Osteoarthritis and to do Yoga and Pilates 2-3 times a week. During a discussion with a good friend of mine, she suggested I work with Laura to help me organize and implement some of my goals.
After working together weekly for about 6 weeks I have made huge progress. Laura's counsel helped me change my diet, my exercise regime, my titrating off an antidepressant, and even a new plan to quit my sporadic cigarette habit.
